Appealing a Parking Citation / Administrative Review Form
For a period of twenty-one (21) calendar days from the violation date or fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of the Notice of Delinquent Parking Violation (40207), a person may request a citation review by the issuing agency. You have no right of appeal after these specific periods.
An Administrative Review Appeal must be in writing. Please be specific in explaining why the citation should be dismissed. The review will be conducted by the Chief of the Campus Police Services / Safety and Security. The person will be notified in writing of the results of the review.
To request an Administrative Review of your parking citation, please download the Administrative Review Form (PDF), print out the pages, and return the completed form to the Campus Police Services / Safety and Security Office.
Paying a Citation
There are three ways to pay your citation (parking ticket):

Fines for Parking Violations
