Textbooks: Information and Purchasing
Textbooks, Online Access Codes, Other Supplies and Resources
Most Ohlone College classes require the purchase of a textbook, and some classes require the purchase of online access codes (also known as keys) or other supplies. Most of these purchases are available at the Ohlone College Bookstore. The exact textbook and other specific costs are now available for each section on WebAdvisor (select "Book Info").
Students may go to the Ohlone College Bookstore website to find the textbook(s), access codes (keys), or supplies for their class(es). Students may be required to pay additional fees for access to online resources that are not available through the Ohlone College Bookstore. Additional supplies may be required and will be listed on the course syllabus on the first day of classes. Please check with your instructor.
Online Orders: Textbooks and more
Books may be ordered online on the Ohlone College Bookstore website and picked up at the Fremont campus Bookstore or shipped to the student's home. A shipping charge will be added for home deliveries. For complete details about the online program, visit the Ohlone College Bookstore website.
Ohlone College Newark Center Textbooks and Supplies
Textbooks for classes taught at the Ohlone College Newark Center and supplies may be ordered online on the Ohlone College Bookstore website or purchased at the Ohlone College Bookstore on the Fremont campus. Refer to the Bookstore information on the Newark Center website for more information.
Book Buybacks
The Bookstore buys textbooks year-round. Visit the Bookstore Building 5, second floor, Fremont campus) to receive additional information.
Textbook Costs
At anytime, you can check on cost and/or purchase textbooks specific to a course/instructor by going to the Ohlone College Bookstore website at ohlone.bkstr.com. Please use the textbook search tool located on the Bookstore website.
