Steps for Enrollment

Just follow these steps.

  • Photos of Ohlone's adult students in classes and around campus. Complete an Application:
    • From the Ohlone College website (www.ohlone.edu), go to Admissions
    • Select Apply Online
    • Enter the code: ND:PERS for intended academic program (this means you're enrolling for personal enrichment, not a degree program)
    • No transcripts are necessary unless you are seeking a degree
  • Receive a student identification number via email

  • Set up your WebAdvisor account.
    WebAdvisor allows you to register for classes, and add, drop, or put your name on a wait list, and pay for your classes.

  • Placement Tests.
    Required for Math and English classes or classes with Math and English as a prerequisite.

  • Orientation.
    Required for new students except for those with ND:PERS, a college degree, or 30 units of college credit.
    Check dates for Orientation.

  • Register for classes.
    Use WebAdvisor to select classes.

  • Pay for classes.
    Payments can be made online using WebAdvisor, in person at the Cashier's Window, or in a drop box in Building 1 (Fremont Campus Map). Final payment must be received a week prior to the start of classes.

  • Attend classes.
    Print class schedule to confirm your registration.
    Buy your books online at www.ohlonebookstore.com or at the Ohlone College Bookstore on the Fremont campus (Building 5) (Fremont Campus Map).
