About Us
The Northern California Bay Area Biotechnology Center (NCBC) serves to bridge the gap between education, job training, economic development, and employment advancement in the greater Northern California Bay Area region. The Center offers services targeting the needs of industry, educators, students, economic and workforce development agencies, and government.
The Center is one of four state biotechnology centers that integrate the California Biotechnology Initiative. The Center is funded by the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office of Economic and
Workforce Development and is hosted at Ohlone College.
