Registered Nursing Program Accreditation
The Registered Nursing Program is accredited by the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC), 61 Broadway, New York, NY 10066; 212-363-5555; http://www.nln.org/ and the California Board of Registered Nurses, 400 R Street, Suite 4030, Sacramento, CA 95814; 916-322-3350; http://www.rn.ca.gov/.
The NLNAC is a professional organization. Accreditation is optional. Achieving accreditation indicates that the program meets the highest professional standards. The Board of Registered Nurses is a consumer board. Program accreditation is required for graduates to be eligible to sit for the licensing exam.
The faculty at Ohlone College is proud to be accredited by both agencies.
