Course Description

This course is 3 units overall, with two units being in lecture and one unit being in laboratory. It is taught in a full semester of 18 weeks.

This course teaches the use of exercise as a preventative and rehabilitative modality for the treatment of pathological conditions. Emphasis is placed on the design and application of exercise programs to improve, maintain, and offset the effects of various pathological conditions on the body.
