The Total Health & Wellness Center at the Ohlone College Newark Center for Health Sciences and Technology offers a variety of innovative classes designed to help you get fit, manage stress, lose weight, or just feel great! Our classes combine the latest technology and research to enhance learning and help you maximize your potential.

- Ohlone for Healthy Living - Activity classes through Ohlone College Community Education, such as Belly Dance, Sunrise Cycle, Tai Chi and Qigong, and Zumba! (Some classes may be held at Ohlone College's Fremont campus.)
The Total Health & Wellness Center is a safe and user-friendly environment where students are given the tools they need to make healthy lifestyle choices. Develop positive habits through the understanding of good nutrition, sound training techniquies, stress reduction, and bioenergetics.
The Total Health & Wellness Center encourages and promotes total health and wellness for our community through a cross-disciplinary, collaborative and integrated program that addresses both mind and body.

Make Up Hours at the Total Health and Wellness Center
The Total Health and Wellness Center in Newark is open at specific times during the week for make up a classes. When a Mind/Body class such as Yoga, Tai Chi or Pilates is in session, the Wellness Center is closed. Please refer to the Class Schedule to confirm availability. Make-up hours are open to students enrolled in PE-344, 378, 342, 250 and Ohlone Fit! at the Newark Center. Prior instructor approval required.
