Tai Chi—Explore the free-flowing , graceful movements of Tai Chi and improve balance, coordination, flexibility, strength and endurance. This low-impact form of exercise is perfect for all ages and levels of fitness. Placing the focus on breathing with movement improves concentration and memory, increases the flow of oxygen to the brain and maximizes your learning potential for the remainder of the day!
Guts and Butts—This conditioning program emphasizes muscular strength, toning and endurance for the abdominal, gluteal and thigh muscle groups. Muscle balance and core stabilization help keep your low back pain free!
Fitness Camp—This weight management program teaches you everything you need to know to make healthy lifestyle choices and achieve your health, fitness and wellness goals. Learn tips for holistically managing stress and bring your life back into balance. Explore various forms of exercise in a supportive and motivating environment. Support your classmates and celebrate your successes. One hour lecture, one hour activity and one hour TBA per week.
Cardio/Workout Express—30-minutes is all it takes to get a killer workout! Focus on cardio machines or mix in a little strength training. This self-paced workout is perfect for those with a tight schedule. Join us for your lunch break and you (and your company) will benefit from improved productivity, reduced stress and a clear mind.
