Speaker Biography: Scott Lay, President, CCLC

Scott Lay has served as President and CEO of the Community College League of California (CCLC) since 2006. The CCLC is a nonprofit organization that serves as the primary advocate for the 72 community college districts in the State of California.

Lay has a J.D. from U.C .Davis School of Law, a B.A. from U.C. Davis, and an A.A. from Orange Coast College.
