The online Class Schedule is a searchable list of class offerings.

The printed Class Schedule includes a list of class offerings, as well as that semester's Academic Calendar, application and registration procedures, and program and general information. Academic Calendars list important dates for applying to Ohlone, registering for classes, and deadline dates for adding and dropping classes, petitioning to audit a class, petitioning to complete a class on a pass/no pass basis, and more!

When is the online Class Schedule available?

The online Class Schedule for the Fall semester, Spring semester, or Summer term is available before the printed version of the Class Schedule. The online Class Schedule is always more current than the printed version because the online version is updated as classes are added, changed, or canceled.

When is the printed Class Schedule available?

The printed Class Schedule is published three times a year (for Summer term / Fall semester, Fall semester, and Spring semester). It includes class offerings, an application form, application and registration procedures, Academic Calendar dates, and program and general information also available on the Ohlone College website.

Printed Class Schedules are mailed to continuing students. They are also available from the Ohlone College Bookstore on the Fremont campus, Fremont and Newark city libraries, and other community locations.

Students and the community may also search for classes for free online using WebAdvisor by clicking on Search for Sections. The online Class Schedule is always more current than the printed version because the online version is updated as classes are added, changed, or canceled.
