Extended Hours for Admissions and Records

Extended hours are scheduled near the start of each semester. They are intended only for students who are making schedule changes that cannot be processed through WebAdvisor. The Class Schedule is available online and in printed form in the Ohlone College Bookstore (a limited number of printed copies are available).

Students who apply to Ohlone College during or after the dates for A&R Extended Hours should expect at least 24 hours processing time after submitting their completed application before they can register using WebAdvisor.

Remember:

• Fees must be paid at the time of registration.Checks, cash, Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Those who have been authorized to use another person's individual or corporate credit card to pay their fees must provide a signed, written statement of that authorization when making payment.

• Students who may be eligible for the Board of Governor's Waiver (BOGW) of Enrollment Fees need to contact the Financial Aid Office at least one week prior to registration. Students registering before their waiver has been processed will lose their waiver opportunity.

• Payments may no longer be made at the Office of Admissions and Records. Instead, payments must be made at the Cashier's Window.

Registration Permission

Students who are unable to register on WebAdvisor or in person may want to have someone else register for them. Complete the In-Person Registration Permission (proxy) form (PDF) (view with the free Adobe Reader software) to designate and permit another person to complete the registration process for a student. All appropriate fees are due and payable at the time of registration.
