Fall 2009 Grade Reports - Admission and Records - Admissions & Records

Students may view grades online using WebAdvisor. Final grade reports are not mailed.

Students who need printed reports for employment or insurance purposes may request, prior to the end of the term, a printed grade report using this online form. Submit Fall 2009 grade report requests between August 31, 2009 and December 18, 2009.

These reports will be available for student pickup at Window 1 in Admissions & Records in the second floor lobby of Building 7 on the Fremont campus at a day and time to be announced. An ID will be required for pickup. To submit your request online, fill out this form.

If you do not order a Fall 2009 grade report by December 18, 2009, an official transcript must be requested. Transcript requests can take up to 5 working days to process.
