Spring 2008 Grade Reports - Admission and Records

Grades are available electronically via WebAdvisor. Final grade reports are no longer mailed.

Students who need printed reports for employment or insurance purposes may request, prior to the end of the term, a printed grade report using the online form below. Submit grade report requests between January 29 and May 23, 2008.

These reports will be available for student pickup at Window 1 in Admissions and Records on the First Floor of Building 1 on the Fremont campus at a day and time to be announced. An ID will be required for pickup. To submit your request online, fill out the form below:

Printed grade reports for Spring 2008 term must be ordered between January 29 and May 23, 2008.

If you do not order a Spring 2008 grade report by May 23, 2008, an official transcript must be requested. Transcript requests can take up to 5 working days to process.
