Summer 2009 Grade Reports - Admission and Records - Admissions & Records

Students may view grades online using WebAdvisor. Final grade reports are not mailed.

Students who need printed reports for employment or insurance purposes may request, prior to the end of the term, a printed grade report using this online form. Submit Summer 2009 grade report requests between June 22 and July 30, 2009.

These reports will be available for student pickup at Window 1 in Admissions & Records on the first floor of Building 1 on the Fremont campus at a day and time to be announced. An ID will be required for pickup. To submit your request online, fill out this form.

If you do not order a Summer 2009 grade report by July 30, 2009, an official transcript must be requested. Transcript requests can take up to 5 working days to process.
