Spring 2012 Grade Reports - Admission and Records - Admissions & Records

Students may view grades online using WebAdvisor. Final grade reports are not mailed.

Students who need printed reports for employment or insurance purposes may request, prior to the end of the term, a printed grade report using this online form. Submit Spring 2012 grade report requests between January 23, 2012 and May 18, 2012.

These reports will be available for student pickup at Window 1 in Admissions & Records in the second floor lobby of Building 7 on the Fremont campus at a day and time to be announced. An ID will be required for pickup. To submit your request online, fill out this form.

If you do not order a Spring 2012 grade report by May 18, 2012, an official transcript must be requested. Transcript requests can take up to five (5) working days to process.
