Admissions and Records

Whether you are new to college life, a former student seeking professional development or personal enrichment, a continuing student, or a Kindergarten-12th grade student, you are welcome at Ohlone College, and we can help make your Ohlone experience a success.

You'll need to submit an application first. You can do this using our online Application for Admission or by downloading an Application for Admission (PDF) and mailing it in or dropping it off. See How to Enroll for complete enrollment steps. Once your application has been processed and you've received your Student ID Number by email, you can register for classes online via WebAdvisor.

The major objective of the Office of Admissions and Records is to provide for the admission and registration of all students. In addition, the Office of Admissions and Records is responsible for maintaining accurate academic records. Admissions and Records also assists students with transfer credit evaluation; general education and IGETC certification; processing transcript requests and enrollment verifications; determining residency; and certification of completion of certificate and degree requirements.
