Fall 2009 Semester

• Instruction begins: Monday, August 31
• Last day of instruction: Friday, December 11
• Final exams: Saturday, December 12 - Friday, December 18

All full-term (16-week) Fall classes have a start date of Monday, August 31, even if the section does not meet on Tuesdays.

For example, ENGL-101A-03 has dates 8/31/09-12/11/09, although the class meets only on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The first meeting for this class will be on Tuesday, September 1, not Monday, August 31, because this class does not meet on Mondays.

Spring 2010 Semester

• Instruction begins: Monday, February 1
• Last day of instruction: Friday, May 21
• Final exams: Saturday, May 22 - Friday, April 4
