Men's Soccer

First year coach Jan Nordomo seems to finds ways to wind during the early season. The team is currently 2-1 and ranked #12 in the state; # 6 in Northern California by California Community College Soccer News.

Nordomo had his team ready this past week as they faced Monterey Peninsula (1-4-0). The team took advantage of MPC early. They jumped on the scored board when Charles Seymour would maneuver his way through a sea of MPC defenders and score in the first 30 minutes of the contest.

The Renegades defense would hold tight throughout the remainder of the first half. But they would continue to be a force on the offensive and defensive end as Matt Osterello would net a goal.

MPC would finally figure out a way to score on Ohlone's goalkeeper Foster Conty. It was only the fourth time this season Conty has been scored on.
