About Head Softball Coach, Donna Runyon
Donna Runyon recently picked up her 600th victory as her Ohlone
Renegades finished the season 33-5-1, Coast Conference Co-Champions and
ranked 7th in Northern California. Six Ohlone players were selected to
the Coast Conference First Team. Kristine Beristianos was selected
Pitcher of the Year for the Coast Conference. The Renegades have
qualified for the playoffs 14 seasons and received Conference titles in
'91, '92, '96, '97, '03, '04 and 2005. Coach Runyon was also recently
inducted into her high school Athletic Hall of Fame. She is a graduate
of Temple University with a degree in Health and Physical Education, and
received a Masters from St. Mary's College in Administration.
