Motion Approved Moved/Yee/Seconded/Watters/Passed to approve change of the July 2007 Board Meeting from July 11 to July 10, 2007. A vote was taken by a show of hands: Ayes: Nardolillo, Yee, Tahmasbi, Watters, Weed; Noes: Brunton, McMillin; Abstain: Yousef; Absent: Brunton; (Advisory Vote: Nay – Steadman).

3. (No Attachment) Public Employee Performance and Contract (Government Code Section 54957): President/Superintendent

The Board of Trustees voted to provide a six percent (6%) merit pay increase to Dr. Doug Treadway to his 2007-2008 compensation, as per the conditions of his contract with the District. The salary increase is effective July 1, 2007.
