NOTICE is hereby given that the Citizen’s Oversight Committee appointed by the Governing Board of the Ohlone Community College District will hold a special meeting on Monday, October 20, 2003, 6:30 P.M., Ohlone College, Room 1216, 43600 Mission Blvd., Fremont, California.

Re: Special Committee Meeting Monday, October 20, 2003
Given the concerns expressed by committee members at the meeting last night, the President is committed to minimizing time delays in the planning and execution of bond projects. With this in mind, the President will expedite the planning process for amending the Ohlone College Newark Center master plan. MBT Architects will be prepared to meet with the Oversight Committee on Monday, October 20th, to review some planning options. It is critical that members attend this meeting to provide the architects with feedback. The Ohlone College Newark Center master planning options will be presented to the Board of Trustees for their possible approval at their regularly scheduled Board meeting on October 22, 2003.
