  • Health Sciences (Registered Nurse, Respiratory Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant)
  • Biology / Biotechnology Sciences
  • Environmental Studies / Science
  • Emerging Technologies
  • Fitness / Wellness
  • General Education
  • Learning Resource Center

  • Other

The Center design creates a “sense of place” through a central social hub as well as connecting corridors featuring ancillary services and amenities. The design will incorporate sustainable architecture principles, and will be based on LEED® certification. The initial building construction and related site development will be both functionally complete and complete in general appearance. Subsequent construction will build on the planning framework and the physical character established within the first phase.

Designed by: Ohlone College Board of Trustees, Faculty, Administration, Staff & Students; Perkins and Will; Conger Moss Guillard Landscape; Alfa Tech Mechanical; Stegeman & Kastner; SHJ Civil Engineering; Turner Construction; and Treadwell & Rollo Environmental Consulting.

Estimated completion: January 2008.
