2011-2012 Meeting Schedule, Agendas, Minutes - Budget Committee for the Ohlone Community College District

All Budget Committee meetings are open to everyone. Meetings are held twice monthly on the first and third Thursdays (see meeting schedule). The second meeting of each month will be held as needed.

If you are unable to attend the Budget Committee meeting, but would like to participate, below are the instructions for the CCC Confer session.

The Budget Committee is a subcommittee of the College Council.

Participate via CCC Confer

The passcode for each meeting is not available until a day or so prior to the meeting. Please check back.

  1. Dial the telephone conference line: (888) 886-3951
  2. Enter the passcode: 860672 (for the May 16 meeting)
  3. Go to www.cccconfer.org
  4. Click the Participant Log In button under the Meet & Confer image
  5. Locate your meeting and click Go
  6. Fill out the form and enter the password: 860672 (for the May 16 meeting)

Once you are connected, you will find these commands helpful:

  • *0 - Contact the operator for assistance with the audio
  • *6 - Mute/unmute your individual line (mute will stop sounds from your area from broadcasting to other participants)
