Ohlone-Newark Corporate Learning Institute offers an array of services designed to improve business and individual performance. These programs offer a single point of access to employers and individuals seeking training.

Customer Service Academy (CSA)

Developed by the Workplace Learning Resources Center, the CSA is designed to train employees in the critical skills needed for business success. Through practical, hands-on training by certified CSA trainers, the program delivers quality, energetic training that provides employees with the skills needed to work effectively and to enhance the overall quality of customer service.

This program is an excellent training resource for private businesses as well as public sector service providers large or small.

Co-sponsored by the Economic & Workforce Development through the California Community Colleges, The Tri-Cities One Stop Career Center, and Ohlone College, the Customer Service Academy consists of seven sessions which can be taken as a series or as individual courses. Completers of the seven course academy will be awarded with a CSA Certificate verifying 21 hours of customer service training.
