Enrollment Steps for Fall 2011 Students - Ohlone-Fremont Unified College Connection:
High School/College Joint Enrollment

1. Talk to your high school counselor to see if you are a good candidate for the program.
2. Attend the College Connection information session. (late March^*)
3. Complete the College Connection application (PDF). (late March)
4. Complete the Ohlone College permission forms: (early April)
   1. 10th-12th Grade Admission Packet including School Permission Form (PDF)
   2. Parent/Guardian Authorization Form (PDF)
5. Submit the completed College Connection application and the Ohlone permission forms to your high school counselor. (early April)
6. Complete Ohlone College placement testing for English and math. (late April)
7. Meet with Ohlone representatives to select Ohlone classes. (early May)
