Variations of Popular Qigong Routines

Mary Chen demonstrates pose.Strongly recommended for all students, this 90 minute class focuses on popular Qigong routines, including but not limited to Six Sound Healing Form and Eight Section Brocade, to provide a well-rounded fitness workout that readies the mind, body and spirit for serious Tai Chi/Qigong learning and practice.

Yang and Chen Style Tai Chi

This class will review similarities and differences between the two styles of Tai Chi. Focus will be on practicing Yang Style 8, 24, and 42, and Chen Style Old Frame First Road, while synchronizing one's mind, body and breathing to the movements.

Tai Chi for Arthritis

Tai Chi is one of the many alternative therapies that can provide relief from pain for arthritis. This course is designed to improve the mobility, breathing and relaxation of those suffering from arthritis through the easy to learn and perform practice of Sun Style Tai Chi postures.
