Program Information

To learn new ideas, upgrade skills, or earn a degree, NUMMI employees can enroll in credit and not-for-credit courses on-site! Benefits include:

  • On-site location eliminates parking and commute
  • Tuition reimbursement - up to 80% - for eligible employees
  • Small classes at convenient times
  • Qualified faculty provide the most recent curriculum
  • Various options:
    • Continue to upgrade skills
    • Work toward an associate degree
    • Transfer to a 4-year university

How to enroll

  1. Get forms from Organizational Development.
  2. Request transcripts from previous colleges attended.
  3. Submit forms and fees to Organizational Development.

Enroll early to avoid class cancellations!

Tuition Reimbursement

Eligible NUMMI employees receive educational assistance up to 80% of the cost of tuition and textbooks. Here is an example how it works (estimated costs):

Counseling

An Ohlone counselor is usually onsite once a month from 2:00pm to 5:00pm. Call (510) 979-7941 to schedule an appointment. Appointments are usually 30 minutes long; for example, 2:00pm-2:30pm, 2:30pm-3:00pm, etc. Drop-ins are welcome!
