Electronic Counselor (Online Counseling) - Counseling Department

Important Notice: Due to an unexpectedly high volume of email, the response time for electronic counseling is 5-7 days. If you have urgent questions, please visit the Counseling Department during drop-in hours.

Please use the following form to submit your questions to our Electronic Counselor. Providing as much information as possible on this form will assist us in helping you and will give us better understanding your unique situation and educational goals. However, please be aware that email is not a secure form of communication.

The Electronic Counselor has access to Ohlone College records maintained on our electronic database. This does not include information that may be in your Admissions & Records folder. If you have transcripts from other schools that need to be evaluated, please email a copy to the Electronic Counselor so that they can be considered.
