Online Counseling Request Form
Due to heavy demand, we are not accepting any additional online counseling requests until Thursday May 24, 2012.
If you have already submitted a request for online counseling and are waiting for a response, please be aware that we are working as quickly as possible to answer all requests for service. This may take 5 or more business days.
With urgent concerns, please consider making an appointment or drop-in at the Counseling Department on the Fremont or Newark campus.
