Personal Issues - Counseling Department

Links to Personal Self-Help Information

Counseling is a process of helping you use your own and other resources in answering your questions or solving your dilemmas. Some of the reasons students seek counseling are for personal growth and understanding, relationship concerns, self-esteem or anxiety, loneliness, family problems, career decisions, difficulties managing schoolwork or exams, just to name a few. Our counselors have extensive professional training with backgrounds in education, therapy, and communication. Counselors are a little more removed from your personal situation and have the expertise and knowledge that can make a difference.
