Student Success Workshops - Probation & Dismissal Information - Counseling Department

In-Person Student Success Workshops Schedule Spring 2013

The Ohlone College Counseling Department has created a series of workshops to help you better understand your academic record and get back on track. If you have an academic standing of "probation" or "subject to dismissal" you are required to complete one of the following workshops.

We offer workshops in-person and online. Complete an online workshop.

Reserve your space by following the directions at the bottom of this page. You must complete one (1) workshop. Unless otherwise noted, workshops are on the Fremont campus.

Reserve your Probation Workshop space.

Recommendation:

* For students on Progress Subject to Dismissal Status (recommended for students with lots of "W" grades).

Sign-up for an In-Person Student Success Workshop

To reserve your space for an in-person workshop, please sign up online using the appropriate link indcated above. You will need your Ohlone College student ID number and birth date to use the online system.

Or, you may fill out the Student Success Workshop Spring 2013 Registration Form (PDF) and either:

1. Drop off the completed form at the Counseling Department window in Building 7, third floor, Fremont campus

   Or

2. Mail the completed form to:

3. Email the information requested on the form to studentsuccess@ohlone.edu.
