CAPAC Program Approval Process

 

 

 

The format we are now using to submit a new program to CAPAC for approval follows the guidelines we will use for Curricunet. A new program is considered to be one of the following options: AS Degree, AA Degree, Certificate of Achievement, Certificate of Completion.


Please complete the following:

Ø      Program Title

Ø      Proposed Start Date: (include semester and year)

Ø      College Mission & Goals: State how this program fits in with Ohlone College mission & goals (Refer to page 5 in the 2003-04 Ohlone College Catalog).

Ø      Need for Program: State the rationale for adding this new program. State if any additional college resources will be needed and/or any additional costs will be incurred.
