The Curriculum Committee Chair will give an update regarding new stand-alone course approval training requirements.
- Accreditation Self Study (I) Taskey, Kirshner, Niccolls, Bain, Xu, Loukianoff, Tull (45 minutes)
The Senate will continue formal review of the Accreditation Self Study draft. Sections that will be reviewed include:
- Standard IIB – Student Support Services
- Standard IIC – Library & Learning Support Services
- Standard IIIA – Human Resources
- Standard IIIB – Physical Resources
- Standard IIIC – Technology Resources
- Standard IIID – Financial Resources
- Standard IV – Leadership & Governance
- Shared Governance committees (I) Myers (10 minutes)
Review updated committees list and discuss faculty committee assignments for 2007-2008.
- Campus Leadership/Presidential Search – (A) Myers (10 minutes)
The Senate will continue discussion of faculty recommendations for campus leadership in 2008-2009 and hear update on Board activities regarding the Presidential Search.
