Gifts-In-Kind - Ohlone College Foundation

Ohlone College Foundation accepts gifts-in-kind. In-kind gifts are non-cash donations, such as equipment, furnishings, teaching materials or services. Such donations must be approved by the appropriate departments based on need – not all donations may be accepted. In-kind donations to Ohlone College Foundation are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law.

Submitting an in-kind donation is easy – simply complete the In-kind Donation Form (PDF), attach proof of the stated fair-market value and submit by emailing to thsu@ohlone.edu.

The Foundation will then contact the appropriate department to assess need. If the donation can be used, we will arrange for acquisition of the item or rendering of service. The item will then be put on the Ohlone College Foundation Board of Directors agenda for approval, and then the Ohlone College Board of Trustees approval. You will then receive a receipt stating the fair-market value of your donation.
