• General Education Course Enrollment Analysis by GE Plan A (2011-2012) (XLSX) - Described by Rachel Sherman as "revelatory", the analysis shows in a dramatic way what the high enrollment GE courses are. (It's an Excel document; there are "tabs" on the bottom for each GE Area)
• GE Plan A Area Definitions, SLOs, and Assessments 2011-12 (PDF) - This document shows course assessments that are underway as for all seven GE Plan A areas.
• Framework for Program and Course Assessment (Working DRAFT 10-5-2012) (PDF) - This document provides a summary of the various assessment cycles. For GE, the thinking is to go with an "ongoing/flexible" cycle of assessment. The GE SLOs of courses on GE Plan A should be assessed regularly, especially the high enrollment courses; the "regularity" to be determined by departments and faculty in collaboration with a GE Assessment Team.
