Arrival Information
Faculty, Administrators, and Board Members
Please report to the Quad outside of Building 1, across from the Bookstore, immediately after the Pre-Graduation Dinner for dressing in regalia and to prepare for the processional.
The Platform Party and Faculty will gather in room 3201 and/or the quad directly outside 3201 and will then proceed to the gym at the designated time.
Staff
Please report to the Gymnasium by 6:00pm for “usher duty.”
Emergency
