Graduates: General Graduation Information - Ohlone College Forty-Sixth Annual Graduation Ceremony

Review Academic Regalia (also known as Caps, Gowns, Tassels, and Honor Cords).

Graduates need to meet by 6:15pm in Building 7, second floor. -
Tickets are required for guests of graduates. Graduates will receive a maximum of 6 tickets for their guests when they purchase their cap and gown at the Ohlone College Bookstore.

Guests should plan to arrive by 6:00pm to get a good seat, as seats will start to fill up quickly after 6:00pm . Guests who arrive once the processional starts will be directed to the overflow room to watch the ceremony on television monitors, wait outside the Gym, or stand for the entire ceremony. Tell your guests to arrive early so they don't miss your graduation ceremony! More information for guests.

Graduates should leave personal belongings (purses, coats, suit jackets, etc.) with family and friends, since there is nowhere to store personal belongings during the ceremony.

Cell phones and pagers must be turned off (or silenced) during the ceremony—or, better yet, left outside of the Gym.

The ceremony will end around 8:30pm.

ASOC and Ohlone College Alumni and Friends are sponsoring a Graduation Reception in the Building 1 Lobby (first floor) after the ceremony. Please invite your guests to attend the reception with you.

Parking is free for the graduation ceremony.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the Ohlone campus.
