College Personnel: Arrival Information - Ohlone College Forty-Sixth Annual Graduation Ceremony

Faculty, Administrators, and Board Members

Please report to the Quad outside of Building 7, first floor, outside the Community Room (Board Room), immediately after the Pre-Graduation Dinner for dressing in regalia and to prepare for the processional.

The Platform Party will gather in the Community Room (7101), and the faculty will gather in the rotunda and/or the Quad directly outside Room 7101 and will then proceed to the gym at the designated time.

Please report to the Gymnasium by 6:00pm for “usher duty.”
