Updating the Employee Directory / Business Card Directory - Information Technology Department

Employees can update their "business card" entry at http://buscards.ohlone.edu/ (available from the campus "administrative" network - i.e., not from the "student" network or from outside the campus).

NOTE: It doesn't work in the Mozilla browser. Use Internet Explorer, Netscape, or try another browser.

At the login prompt:

• enter your email username
• enter the password you used to access the old Calendar server (also known as your original email password)

You can update your "business card" information and, if desired, change the password for this account. NOTE: The email address in the business card display is not changeable at this time - this means your email address will display as "username@ohlone.cc.ca.us", but please use the new format "username@ohlone.edu" for all other online and printed publications.
