General Format:

Author's Name, Last name first. "Article Title." Name of Periodical volume. issue

     number. [for journals, if each issue is paged separately] Date of periodical: pages.

Examples:

Specific Format for Electronic Databases:

Author's Name, Last name first. "Article Title." Periodical Name and date the article originally

     appeared: original page number(s). Database from which the article was retrieved. Database

     Provider. Library where you accessed the article, city and state where library is located.

     Date you accessed the article <URL of database home page>. [see database home page list]
