Media Equipment Request Form - Media Center

For assistance at the Ohlone College Newark Center, please place a Helpdesk request for the IT Department.

This form will help us better serve your requirements. Please complete this form with all the necessary information. We require that you submit your request at least 48 hours in advance of when you need the equipment delivered. If you have questions, please contact the Media Center at (510) 659-6280.

If you need a Internet Connection to the room you will be teaching in, you need to fill out a request with the IT Department Helpdesk.
