Using BART and AC Transit

From Fremont BART Station:

  1. Take BART to the Fremont BART station (see http://www.bart.gov/ for BART train schedules and additional information).
  2. Then, take AC Transit bus Route 213, 214 or 329 and get off at the Ohlone College Newark Center campus at 39399 Cherry Street. For bus schedules, see http://www.actransit.org/ or http://www.511.org/. There are different schedules for weekdays and for weekends.

Driving

  • From Interstate 880 North (from San Jose, Milpitas, Fremont) - Take the Stevenson Boulevard exit. Proceed west until you reach Cherry Street. Make a right on Cherry Street. After passing Joaquin Murieta Avenue, the Newark Center is located to your left at 39399 Cherry Street.

  • From Interstate 880 South (from Oakland, Hayward) - Take the Mowry Avenue exit. Turn right at the light. Proceed west until you reach Cherry Street. Make a left on Cherry Street. After passing Sportsfield Park, the Newark Center is located to your right at 39399 Cherry Street.

  • From Interstate 680 North (from San Jose, Milpitas, Fremont) - Take the Durham Road exit in Fremont. Turn left at the light. Proceed west on Durham Road which becomes Auto Mall Parkway. Cross Highway 880 overpass, continuing west. Turn right on Boyce Road. After crossing Stevenson Boulevard, Boyce Road becomes Cherry Street. Once you pass Joaquin Murieta Avenue, the Newark Center is located to your left at 39399 Cherry Street.

  • From Interstate 680 South (from Highway 580, Pleasanton, Sunol, Fremont) - Take the Durham Road exit in Fremont. Turn right at the light. Proceed west on Durham Road which becomes Auto Mall Parkway. Cross Highway 880 overpass, continuing west. Turn right on Boyce Road. After crossing Stevenson Boulevard, Boyce Road becomes Cherry Street. Once you pass Joaquin Murieta Avenue, the Newark Center is located to your left at 39399 Cherry Street.
