Rental Checklist for Facility Rental - Ohlone Community College District

  • Review guidelines and fees.

  • Complete online application; mail application with $25 non-refundable application fee to the Ohlone College Facility Rental Office.

    Note: If application is approved, the Facility Rental Office will complete a billing detail and mail the approved Application Agreement to the client.

  • Submit official verification of non-profit status, if applicable, to the Facility Rental Office.

  • Mail or drop off payments at the Ohlone College Facility Rental Office.

  • Mail to the Facility Rental Office at Ohlone College the certificate of liability insurance, and, if food will be served by other than the Ohlone College caterer, an Alameda County Health Department Permit (or a food permit from the county in which the restaurant/caterer is located).

  • Bring a copy of the approved Application Agreement to Ohlone College on the day of the event as proof of authorization to use College facilities.
