Non-profit Organizations Rental Fee Schedule - Ohlone Community College District - Civic Center Rentals
Effective September 1, 2008

On July 9, 2008, the Ohlone College Board of Trustees voted to raise facility rental fees. The new fee schedule is effective September 1, 2008. We have completed a study of comparable facilities and rental rates and have found that our fees are well below the average. Our intent is to raise fees to the approximate average of rates charged for comparable facilities. This is the new fee schedule for non-profit organizations. Organizations eligible for the non-profit rental rates must submit official verification of their non-profit status.

  1. Use up to three hours, plus charge for each additional hour.
  2. Additional custodial services are required.
  3. Additional staff services at overtime rate may be required.
  4. Equipment fee may be required.
  5. Use of the Gymnasium does not include use of the locker and shower rooms.
