Hazard Reporting Hotline (510) 979-7456 flyer.Students, visitors, and employees may report any unsafe work practice, work condition, unsafe, or hazardous condition or situation related to any Ohlone College facility or grounds.

Messages about safety concerns are reviewed during Safety Committee meetings, or if it is urgent, it will be taken care of right away by the appropriate department.
