SLO Assessment Page - Completed Assessments - SLOA Committee
Faculty: Please use the Course Assessment in a Box form to complete your Course Assessment report. Add any additional files to the bottom of the form. Send completed reports to your dean at the beginning of the semester (or during Get It Done Day) once you have collected and analyzed your data from the previous semester. Please save filenames in this format: 2013fall-sloa-engl101a (all lowercase, no spaces, no hypen in course id). (Date should be for the semester in which data was collected. Please do not include student names in the data.)
