Driving Directions

From 680 North (San Jose, Milpitas) -
Exit on to Mission Boulevard. Turn right and head east toward Mission San Jose for approximately 2.5 miles. Do not turn into the Pine Street south entrance. Turn right at the north entrance on Witherly Lane to the campus. -
From 680 South (Pleasanton, Hayward) -
Exit onto Mission Boulevard. Veer left at the exit toward Mission San Jose and Ohlone College. Turn left on Witherly Lane at the first entrance to the campus. - From 880 North or South (San Jose, Oakland) -
Exit onto Auto Mall Parkway / Durham Road. Turn left and head east toward the hills for approximately 2.8 miles. Turn left on Mission Boulevard toward Mission San Jose and continue for approximately 1.2 miles. Do not turn into the Pine Street south entrance. Turn right at the north entrance on Witherly Lane to the campus.

Parking
The most convenient parking for the Smith Center is in lots C, D, and E. It's possible to drop your party off closer to the theatre at Key B, and then return to them after you have parked the car. It is a short walk up the stairs to the theatre from the Key B location. You may not park your car in Key B. Disabled parking is located in lot U behind the Smith Center.
Parking fees are in effect for Monday through Friday performances and Saturday matinees. One-day parking permits are required all day Monday through Friday and on Saturday until 5:00pm. Parking permits are $2 each (8 quarters recommended, although the Intella-pay machines will accept exact change in dollar bills, nickels, dimes, quarters) and are available from vending machines in the parking lots.
Parking in all lots is free during performances held after 5:00pm on Saturday evenings and all day on Sunday.

Accessible Services
Wheelchair access and Assistive Listening Devices for the hearing impaired are available upon request. Please call the Box Office at (510) 659-6031 at least 24 hours in advance to request these services.
The Smith Center Shuttle Van
Instead of walking up the steps to the Smith Center, hitch a ride on the Smith Center Shuttle Van. This free shuttle circulates before most performances through the parking lots picking up passengers and will deliver you to the Smith Center.
