Attend an Informational Meeting
If you're interested in knowing more about the Ohlone-Sydney semester abroad, come to one of the informational meetings this semester. You'll learn more about the program--how it works, specifics about classes, travel tips, financial aid, etc. The dates of the meetings are:

About the Ohlone-Sydney Program
Program Dates
- Arrival in Sydney: August 2010
- Departure from Sydney: early December 2010

Accommodation
Homestay accommodation including breakfast and dinner.
Standard Inclusions
- Arrival Orientation
- Arrival Reception

- Arrival walking tour
- Full day to the Blue Mountains to include transportation by coach, a tour escort, a half-day local guide, and entrances
- Sydney Red metro pass for the program dates
- 50 AUD per student to be distributed and managed by the on-site director of the Sydney Center
Courses Offered
The following courses will be offered (each course must meet minimum enrollment of 10 students):
- BIOL-141 Marine Biology (Watanabe)
- ENVS-108 Human Ecology (Watanabe)
- ART-103B Survey of World Art History (Aussie Professor)
- ANTH-102 Cultural Anthropolocy (Aussie Professor)
- ENGL-203 Travel Journaling (Harrison)
Each course will be 45 contact hours (contact hours include classroom time and guided external study).
Program Fees
The exact cost of the program is still to be determined, although it should cost roughly $7,000.
