Applying to CSU - Transfer Center

Make sure to check if the university is accepting applications for the term in which you are interested by following the steps below:

To see if your CSU campus is accepting applications, go to CSU Application Filing Status Report and follow these steps:

1. Select your level.
2. Select the term for which you are applying.
3. If the CSU campus you are interested in says CLOSED, that means they are no longer accepting applications for the term you'd like to apply.
4. If the CSU campus you are interested in says OPEN, click on VIEW to see OPEN MAJORS and the CAMPUS NOTICE FOR TRANSFERS. Verify that your campus is accepting applications for your major and read the notice for transfer students.
5. After you verify, scroll up and CREATE AN ACCOUNT or LOG ON to work on your CSU application.
6. When you're ready, go to the CSU Application Filing Status Report to see if your CSU campus is accepting applications..

To apply online, go to CSU Mentor and follow these steps.

1. Creat an account or Log on.
2. Fill out the application.
3. Submit.
4. Check your email regularly to see what other documents and information are being requested by each CSU campus. Do your best to complete your tasks as requested.
5. When you're ready, go to CSU Mentor to apply online for a CSU.
