Visits to University/College Campuses - Transfer Center

The Ohlone College Transfer Center is sponsoring a campus visit trip to CSU East Bay.

The day will include a campus tour, and lunch on-campus!

• Monday, March 18, 2013
• 9:45am – Meet at Ohlone Lot H near the Child Development Center
• 10:00am – Load up into Ohlone van and depart from Ohlone College
• 11:00am – Campus Tour
• 12:00pm – Lunch on Campus. Bring cash!
• 1:30pm – Depart for Ohlone College
• 2:15pm – Arrival back at Ohlone Lot H

Space is limited. To secure a seat on this trip, please follow these steps carefully and thoroughly:

1. Complete the College Visitation Agreement (PDF).
2. Complete the Field sExcursion Notice (PDF).
   1. On this form, you should write "CSU East Bay Visit" for the name of the field trip/excursion.
   2. Below your signature on the Field Trip Excursion Notice, print neatly your:
      1. Ohlone Student ID Number,
      2. email address, and
      3. phone number where we can reach you.
   We will email you an updated itinerary as we near the event. We will call you if there are last minute changes or cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Only completed forms secure a seat on the van. Turn forms in to the Transfer Center located on the third floor of Building 7 on the Fremont campus, Room 7351. Check your email for confirmation that the forms were received and a seat was saved for you.

• 10:30am – Presentation
• 11:30am – Campus Tour
• 1:30pm – Depart for Ohlone College
• 2:00pm – Arrival back at Ohlone Lot H

• 11:30am – Depart for Ohlone College
• 12:00pm – Arrival back at Ohlone Lot H

• 2:00pm – Depart for Ohlone College
• 5:30pm – Arrival back at Ohlone Lot H
