Welcome to the Transfer Day webpage for university representatives! We invite you to peruse through these pages for information about Transfer Day registration and preparation.
Ohlone College hosts Transfer Day for its currently registered students. Transfer Day provides students, counselors, and other interested persons a setting where information and guidance concerning higher education opportunities can be explored and shared.
Transfer Day Registration
The California Community College System Office (CCCCO) provides an initial list of universities confirmed to attend Transfer Day. In addition, Ohlone College does welcome other institutions to participate. Preferences are given to UC/CSU campuses, AICCU members, College Night participants, and Bay Area colleges and universities. Exceptions are reviewed and determined by the Transfer Day Committee.
Due to space limitations, institutions may be placed on a waitlist.
To Participate in Transfer Day
To participate in Transfer Day, please place your university on the waitlist by contacting Shelby Foster at sfoster@ohlone.edu with the following information:

As space allows, you will be contacted and attendance of this event will be confirmed.
To Participate in College Night
College Night is the college fair event for the Fremont Unified School District. It is held at the Ohlone campus. If you are interested in participating in College Night, please contact Linda Kimmel, College/Career Specialist, at (510) 687-6377 or lkimmel@fremont.k12.ca.us.
Preparing for Transfer Day
Thank you for attending Ohlone’s Transfer Day 2009! Below are some useful resources and instructions as you prepare for Transfer Day.

Directions & Campus Map
Please enter our campus from Pine Street (south end) and drive up the hill toward Lot M. Complimentary parking permits will be issued when you arrive. Should you arrive after 10:00am, you will need to purchase a Daily Parking Permit for $2 at the permit dispenser machine located in Lot M.
Please do not park in the disabled or specially designated parking spaces during this event unless you qualify for such parking and display the appropriate permit.
Student volunteers will be at the parking location to assist with unloading and accompanying you to Building 7.
Dress and Weather Considerations
Ohlone College is located on a hill and your table may be located in the indoor lobby or the outdoor quad. Please take weather and dress into consideration.
