Hello, everyone - Attached is Proposal #2 (with minor modifications of yesterday's Proposal #1 made as a result of yesterday's meeting -- i.e., change "official" to "core" and other mods) so that Mark can forward an more updated version to the Faculty Senate. Shirley and I met with the Instructional Services Deans group this morning to review the proposal. One member of that group expressed interest in joining the Web Task Force. Welcome our new member, Corinne McCourt! Corinne is the Director of Student Employment. She has also volunteered to assist with determining what information the "employers and industry" audience looks for on the web site. I have updated the WTF Members List on the WTF site at http://www.ohlone.cc.ca.us/people/clambert/wtf/ to include Corinne. For Corinne's benefit and to remind everyone else, below is the schedule for WTF meetings through the end of April. As the project progresses, we will determine whether we want to continue to meet every other week or change to once a month.
