Enrollment verifications verify your enrollment, unit load, and dates of attendance at Ohlone College for the current and any prior terms.
Third Party Enrollment/Degree Verification Request Process is:
Ohlone College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment and degree verifications. The National Student Clearinghouse can be contacted at:

Student Initiated Enrollment Verification Process is:
- Enrollment verifications may be requested through your MyOhlone student account. Please only submit a request via your MyOhlone student account after you have received your two free requests, since you will automatically be charged the Enrollment Verification fee when submitting a request via your MyOhlone student account.
- The fee for Enrollment Verifications are $4.00 USD each.
- An Enrollment Verification form maybe submitted in person, by mail or fax. The fax number is (510) 659-7321.
- Enrollment verifications are processed within five working days and may be available for pick up or mailing. Enrollment Verifications are not available for pick up. Please make sure you provide a valid mailing address when submitting a request for an enrollment verification.
